Every new member will talk to the Head Coach about your health history, current body issues, and your short and long-term goals so that he can help you reach them. When you purchase your trial you will get to participate in two group classes with one of our coaches shadowing you the whole time to make sure you are safe and comfortable. You will also chat with a coach about your goals and then get set up for your fundamentals where you will learn all of the necessary movements to begin CrossFit program.
Yes, CrossFit is safe. Although like any other activity, the risk of injury is there without proper mechanics, good coaching, good equipment, and a good attitude. At T.E.A.M.
