- Don’t put your equipment away until all athletes have completed the WOD.
- Don’t drop empty barbells.
- Wipe down the equipment you use.
- Give us your feedback, we love to hear from our members and guests.
- Respect our coaches.
- Don’t load up early.
- Scaling is not for sissies.
- Kids and barbells don’t mix.
- Sign up for class.
- Be on time.
- Sign your child in for childcare at least 24 hours in advance.
- Wear deodorant.
- Update your apparel/equipment as needed.
- Be coachable.
- Train smart. Warm up. Cool down. Take rest days.
- Be accountable to yourself.
- Be positive.
- Quitting is never an option.
- Motivate and encourage other athletes.
- Have fun!
