  • Don’t put your equipment away until all athletes have completed the WOD.
  • Don’t drop empty barbells.
  • Wipe down the equipment you use.
  • Give us your feedback, we love to hear from our members and guests.
  • Respect our coaches.
  • Don’t load up early.
  • Scaling is not for sissies.
  • Kids and barbells don’t mix.
  • Sign up for class.
  • Be on time.
  • Sign your child in for childcare at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Wear deodorant.
  • Update your apparel/equipment as needed.
  • Be coachable.
  • Train smart. Warm up. Cool down. Take rest days.
  • Be accountable to yourself.
  • Be positive.
  • Quitting is never an option.
  • Motivate and encourage other athletes.
